I channeled the messages in this book from a collective consciousness I call The 9D Arcturian Council. They exist in the ninth dimension, which is nonphysical, and the name is simply a way to describe them. They are coming through at this time to assist humanity in the shift in consciousness and in preparation for extra-terrestrial contact.
